I was the kid people underestimated. Growing up, I know what it feels like to be written off — to be the smallest one in the room and have people act like that's the end of your story. Fitness became the thing that rewrote it.

What started as survival became a calling. Years of competitive sport showed me what the human body is truly capable of when you train with real purpose and real structure. It taught me that transformation isn't just physical — it's a decision you make every single day.

Now based in Los Angeles, I coach people the way I wish someone had coached me — with science, structure, and someone who genuinely gives a damn about your outcome.
